The Hilliard Advantage is a program designed to inspire loyalty between our citizens and local businesses.  Through this website, residents can learn about discounts and incentives offered to them when they shop at businesses located within the city limits.  The program was developed to help you in this tough economy by making products and services more affordable here at home, while assisting local businesses by expanding their customer base.
